Return Policy

Our Online Return Policy:
If you find you are dissatisfied with your order, we will give you Credit for a future purchase, upon receipt of your return, or gladly Exchange the item within 30 days of original delivery date. Just be sure the item is clean, without defects and has all original tags. Exception: Shoes may not be returned and sunglasses must be in new condition, with all original parts and packaging to qualify for a return.

For a Free Return Shipping Label:
In the U.S., simply call the Austin store and request a Free Return Shipping label. We will email one to you, just be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see the email within 4 hours of your request. (Returns from outside the U.S., please call us for return details; You will receive a $15 credit once you return your items.)

Follow four easy steps
1. Email store at info@collectivestatus.com for a Free return Shipping label. In the Subject box, enter: "Return Shipping Label Requested” and let us know what you will be returning in the body of the email. We will provide a FREE label for you to affix to box. (Be sure to check SPAM Folder, if you can’t find the label we sent.)
2. Write down what you'd like in exchange for your product or products -- on your original packing sheet and what you would like in return.
3. Keep a copy for your records and put one copy in the return package.
4. Seal properly and Affix your Free return label to package.
5. Go to the United States Postal Service and Obtain a receipt for shipment - and keep your tracking number as proof that you delivered your package to U.S.P.S. You are responsible for your package until it reaches our location.

Store Policy: Grills may not be returned.
