Nike apparel is one of the most succesful clothing lines in the world. Their shoes, sneakers, and footwear represent the best and most innovative designs for athletics and fashion. For today's sneakerhead, Nike's regular collaborations with other notable fashion brands (such as Supreme) and and today's biggest sports stars are highly sought after sneakers and often only available in limited supply.
Nike started out as a two man operation led by Phil Knight and Bill Bowerman in the 1960s. Originally, the whole company consisted of the two selling shoes out of their automobiles at track meets. By the 70s, Nike had grown into its own brick and mortar store and had taken on their iconic swoosh. Over the next few decades, the Nike brand grew internationally as they began offering apparel and accessories for a wide range of sports. They came to cultural prominence through high-profile endorsements with sports superstars, like Michael Jordan and Bo Jackson. Today, they continue that tradition with regular collabs with brands and sports stars.
